Here we have two examples of Rivenese script. The top picture by Kath is a freehand sentence inspired by the bottom picture which I created. In this thread we're going to develop an actual linguistic structure and alphabet for Rivenese. IC: Rivenese script was developed by D'ni Guild Master Varus of the Guild of Writers on Releeshahn for the emerging Moiety civilization back in 56 A.R. which would be 1862 A.D. (We are currently in 210 A.R.)

Just a few points of interest: the letters themselves are evolved forms of D'ni - a likely explanation is that the original letters were much closer to D'ni, but were rapidly eroded under Moiety use. OOCly, that's exactly what I did to make them. The sample itself is an excerpt from the beginning of Cho's speech, as best as I can transcribe it. The upper line is a tentative attempt at a connected cursive, while the lower line is an unconnected cursive. Non-cursive will be more angular, as in Yali's mock-up.

Once you have a more-or-less final version of the script, you could consider registering it into the UCSUR.
